Who we are
Homeduly (homeduly.com) is operated by Danny DiRienzo, doing business as Homeduly ("we", "us"). When you use Homeduly, you are entering into an agreement with Danny DiRienzo, doing business as Homeduly. You can reach us at support@homeduly.com.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Homeduly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll let you know by email or on the site. Continuing to use Homeduly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
What Homeduly does
Homeduly gives you a home maintenance plan based on the details you tell us about your home, sends you reminders, and keeps a record of the work you mark as done. The plan and how-to steps are general guidance, not professional advice. Always follow your equipment manufacturer's instructions, use good judgment about your own safety, and hire a licensed professional for work involving gas, electrical systems, roofs or anything you're not comfortable doing. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from maintenance work you or anyone else performs.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a subscription. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since that's how you sign in, and for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Subscriptions and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose, at the price shown when you sign up.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Prices may include applicable sales tax, which Paddle calculates and collects.
- If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Payments are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

We own Homeduly, including its software, design, maintenance plans and written content. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You own the information, photos and files you add, and you give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
Availability
We work hard to keep Homeduly running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Reminder emails can occasionally be delayed or filtered by your email provider.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraud or security risks. You can close your account anytime by emailing us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Homeduly is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including property damage resulting from maintenance being done or not done.
